Allow yourself to be fully supported and nurtured in this beautiful combination of Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing. Suitable for complete beginners. The aim is to relax fully into a pose while the gentle sounds of various healing instruments (from crystal bowls & chimes to Melanie's voice) help you drift off and restore your nervous system.
